What you'll work on

Your plan is built around your own goals. Staff can help with:

  • Daily living skills: cooking, budgeting, keeping a home
  • Medication management and training
  • Health services and symptom management
  • Rehabilitation counseling and skill development
  • Socialization and community integration
  • Self-advocacy and assertiveness training
  • Substance abuse services
  • Parenting training and resource development

Who it's for

Community Residences are designed for adults who:

  • Have a primary psychiatric diagnosis meeting DSM criteria
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Can manage personal hygiene with minimal physical assistance
  • Can get around independently. Assistive devices like canes, walkers, and wheelchairs are welcome
  • Are medically stable and free from major medical problems

If you're not sure whether you qualify, give us a call. We're happy to talk it through.
