Southern Tier Meadows is STEL’s adult home: safe, quality, affordable housing with the support of on-site staff 24 hours a day. The Meadows staff are professional, experienced, and friendly — dedicated to the personalized care you or your loved one deserves.

The financial side
Prospective residents complete a financial screening to determine income eligibility — there are minimum and maximum income requirements. Our staff will help you through this process; it’s simpler with a person on the phone.
