What it is

STEL’s affordable housing puts quality apartments within reach: energy-efficient units from handicapped-accessible efficiencies and singles to two- and three-bedrooms for families, most within walking distance of services, shops, banks, and public transportation.

Preference is given to people with mental or physical disabilities, the elderly, and those with special needs — but it is not a requirement. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. All residents are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Law.

  • Dunkirk Renovation & Ownership (DRO) — scattered-site apartments, Dunkirk
