What it is
Southern Tier Meadows is STEL's adult home. It offers safe, affordable housing with staff on site 24 hours a day. Our staff are experienced, friendly, and committed to caring for you or your loved one.
Life at the Meadows

The financial side
Prospective residents complete a financial screening to determine income eligibility. There are minimum and maximum income requirements, and our staff will help you through the process.
